1. The service

RemoteDaily360 is a remote jobs marketplace. We list remote roles, host candidate profiles, and help employers and candidates connect. We are not an employer, recruiter of record, or staffing agency unless a specific listing clearly says otherwise.

Some jobs are posted by employers on this site. Some are collected from other sources. Applying may happen on RemoteDaily360, by email to the employer, or on the employer’s own website.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to seek employment under the laws that apply to you, and you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for complying with work-authorisation, tax, and employment laws in your location.

3. Accounts

• Keep your login details confidential and notify us if you think your account is misused.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, appear fraudulent, or create risk for other users.

4. Candidates

If you use the site as a candidate, you agree that:

• Your profile, CV, and application materials are accurate and that you have the right to share them.
• When you apply, we may send your materials to the employer for that role.
• We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular outcome.
• Employers, not RemoteDaily360, make hiring decisions.

5. Employers

If you use the site as an employer, you agree that:

• You have authority to post jobs and review applicants for your company.
• Job posts will be accurate, for genuine remote roles, and will not discriminate unlawfully.
• You will handle applicant data only for recruitment related to the role, and in line with applicable privacy laws.
• You will not scrape, spam, or misuse candidate profiles.
• RemoteDaily360 is not the hiring employer for your listings.

6. Job listings and third parties

We try to keep listings current, but we do not warrant that every job is still open, correctly described, or suitable for you. Expired, closed, or draft jobs are not offered as public listings.

External apply links and employer email addresses belong to third parties. Their websites, application forms, and hiring processes are outside our control. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the site.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export profiles, CVs, or listings without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person or company.
• Use the site to spam, harass, or discriminate.
• Circumvent security, access controls, or usage limits.

8. Content and intellectual property

We own the site design, branding, and our own content. You keep ownership of content you submit (such as a CV or job description) and grant us a licence to host, display, and share it as needed to operate the marketplace — including showing jobs publicly and delivering applications to employers.

Aggregated or third-party job content remains subject to the rights of the original source. We do not claim to be the hiring organisation for those roles.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free listings, or that any candidate or employer will be a good fit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemoteDaily360 and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost data, hiring outcomes, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from applications sent to third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may remove content, close accounts, or stop offering all or part of the service if we believe it is necessary to protect the platform or to comply with the law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the site after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
