RemoteDaily360 is a remote-only job marketplace. We publish job listings, host candidate and employer accounts, and help people apply for remote roles. Some listings are posted by employers on this site. Others are aggregated from third-party sources and may send applicants to the original employer’s website or email.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the site:

• Account details such as name, email address, phone number, and password.
• Candidate information such as CVs, profile details, skills, work history, and application messages.
• Employer information such as company name, job posts, and hiring activity.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, job views, device/browser information, and approximate technical data needed to run the site.
• Communications you send us through the platform.

We do not require you to create an account to browse public job listings.

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the marketplace.
• Create and manage accounts.
• Publish jobs and display company pages.
• Process applications and share candidate materials with the relevant employer when you apply.

4. Job applications and third-party employers

When you apply to a role, the information you submit is shared with the employer for that job so they can consider your application. RemoteDaily360 is a marketplace. Unless we are clearly listed as the hiring company, we are not the employer.

Some jobs apply on this site. Others open an email to the employer or send you to the employer’s own careers page. Those third-party sites and inboxes have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

5. Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• Employers receive application materials for roles you apply to.
• Service providers that host, store, or help us run the website, under obligations to protect the data.
• Legal requests if required by law or to protect users, the public, or the platform.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to sign you in, keep your session, and understand public-site usage. Admin, dashboard, login, and similar private areas are not treated as public marketing analytics.

7. Data retention

We keep account, job, and application records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your account. Some records may remain where we must retain them (for example, to complete an application already sent to an employer, or where the law requires it).

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No website can guarantee complete security. Please use a strong password and keep your login details private.

9. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to:

• Access or update account and profile information.
• Ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold.
• Download or request a copy of information you provided.
• Object to or limit certain processing, where applicable.

You can also close your account or stop using the site at any time.

10. Children’s privacy

The site is intended for people who are legally old enough to seek employment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. International users

The service may be hosted or accessed from more than one country. If you use RemoteDaily360 from another location, your information may be processed in the country where our systems operate.
